- Develop Skincare Product and product timeline plans for NPD to launch.
- Work closely with Marketing team to understand consumer needs/insight, changing lifestyle and market trend.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Quality Assurance to ensure project objectives and timeline.
- Control the production process and cost saving for reduce cost.
- Researched new active ingredients and technologies.
- Ensures product-packaging design and supporting documentation meet appropriate safety and regulatory compliance.
