- Supporting sales.
- Ensuring order satisfaction.
- Coordinating with other teams.
- Coordinating with customers.
- Handling administrative duties.
- Promoting customer satisfaction.
- Act as an interpreter for customer meetings or audits.
- Assist in translating written documents, such as emails, reports, and presentations, from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate understanding and interpretation of technical terms and industry-specific jargon.
- Act as a cultural liaison, helping to bridge the communication gap between Chinese and English-speaking colleagues and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and discussions.
- Provide language support during negotiations, contract signings, and other business-related activities.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Requires native level skills and 3 years of experience.
- Must have a solid understanding of computers with experience in the application.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Give attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
- More than 1-2 years' experience as a Chinese Interpreter
- HSK level 5 or 6
- Good command of English
