Job Description:
1. Handle & monitor all administrative relating to the recruitment and selection process such as:
• Create Job Advertisement
• Screening resume & support selection process
• Conduct Test & interview appointment by phone
• Conduct Test at the Office
• Update candidate data in report (Excel file)
• Support & handle documentation of recruitment
• Support other project assignment
2. Handle Recruitment Activity at University such as:
• Preparation promotion material (if any)
• Support Job Fair, Roadshow both online and onsite at university.
3. Support to prepare, keep, and monitor document of hiring process.
• Prepare Document & help to conduct Sign Contract of each New Staff at the Office
• Collect New Hire Document & Medical Check up to Staff on 1st join date
• New Staff Service Request: Prepare data for fill out (IT Request for new hire: create e-mail user, PC and take photo)
• Collect and check the complete employee profile for payroll process.
• Collect Employment Contract & Medical Check up to Staff on 1st join date.
