Accountant - Cashier (Korat Plant)

• Process payments to vendor per the payment schedules and review payment documents to ensure the completeness of authorization approval
• Co-ordinate with Corporate Cashier (Teparuk), Treasury for incoming & outgoing fund and provide cash forecast
• Co-ordinate with banks for payment activities i.e documents, check payment and recording transactions
• Coordinate with the relevant parties such as the GFS-AP, GFS-IC, IT, Users, Site Finance, etc., to solve the issues related to invoices or payments.
• Issue, follow up, verify and filing receipts and tax invoices
• Establish good relationship with internal and external customers
• Prepare and support internal and external audits, including SOX test
• Participate to Lean and Kaizen projects, as well as Seagate’s activity.
• Support special assignments as well as Seagate’s activity

• Good command of English skills is listening, speaking and writing.
• Having some background of Tax skills.
• Work well under pressure with the team and adapt yourself with Organization.
• Fast learner, high energy, self-motivate, good communication skill and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Task prioritizing, analytical skill, problem solving and decision making.

Your experience includes:

• Knowledge and experiences in accounting function
• MS Office e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word.
• SAP and other applications, if any.
• Bachelor’s and/or equivalent experience
