One Career Development Program (ONE CPD) was conceptualized to bring talents to board ONE as Liner Business Generalists, where they will learn the intricacies of the business through job relation among different departments and offices globally. Successful candidates are required to be functionally and geographically mobile.
We are seeking ambitious and dynamic individuals to join our Sales Team. This intensive 3-years program is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training and exposure across various divisions of our organization. The program offers hands-on experience and opportunities to build a deep understanding of our business operations in Thailand, with the potential to assume key roles in our overseas offices upon successful completion of the program.
Job Description:
1. Control the sufficient MTY scale both Demand and Supply and closely communicate with overseas office according to the TH's requirement.
2. Control the sufficient AV stock & container grading (mainland) to cope the demand with coordination and take appropriate action.
3. Manage the empty allocation (EP / RT/ OP) based on volume sharing / depending on the inventory situation.
4. Centralize the depot service quality and depot grade performance (EQC & MNR).
5. Manage the MTY long stay for all of zone and follow company's policy.
6. Monitor the container total loss with take appropriate action until complete.
7. Monitor WNS Offshore & team to clear EDI-CTM error with on time authorize to subordinate to action manual CTM.
8. Audit the quality of SOL approval / depot performance with including the off-hire activity based on GHQ's instruction.
9. Control the accuracy of TES & MNR invoice as well as MTY expense.
10. Improve repair method and keep quality of repair vendors.
11. Collaborate and take appropriate action with overseas office and distribute proper information to related parties.
12. Supervise subordinate to solve the container problem with properly verify the case and conduct cost approval.
13. Encourage subordinate to apply new digitalization and comply the company policy.
14. Perform any job function as per superior assignment.
