- Develop marketing and brand management strategies and business plan to support growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify business issue and opportunities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store, activation etc.) to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate and monitor teams, relevant departments, and external sources to execute plan that meet business objectives across Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Plan, and NPD team.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- Minimum of eight years experience in cosmetics, design materials, or a related field in the cosmetics retail industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Strong communication skill in both Thai and English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
