- Able to design solutions to fulfill customer’s requirement based on technology experience in network, storage server, security or cloud.
- Design, offer, and convince the best price performance of configuration.
- Eager to study new technology knowledge and then take required examination that involving products’ responsibility.
- Understand IT implementation SOW, and able to indicate SOW with related parties.
- Deliver product presentation, execute presales sheet, or related technical document of hardware & software selling.
- Support and coordinate with Sales team, Engineering team, and relevant all parties. Maintain relationship with colleagues / vendors / customers as well.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Computer, Information Technology or any related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in Presales, Sales Engineer in IT business.
- A must have knowledge / background at least one product in Server / Storage / OS / DB / Monitoring / Backup Software / Network Security / Cloud Computing.
- Understand the big picture of information technology infrastructure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English Communication.
