Role & Responsibilities
• Handle Lead B2C and B2B from walk in, oversea agencies and each lead from all channels and propose the project details till generating sale transaction
• Operate a Local/International sale and marketing process with oversea agencies to generate international sale value for Hyde Heritage Thonglor
• Support team for events or activities (Local or Oversea) to boost up the sale value and hit target every month
• Follow up all Local/International lead enquiries by responding to their phone, email, and all chat channels
• Handle all work related to sales. From quotation, appointment to sign contract, making contract and other related systems.
• Review by Monthly
o Make a report summarizing customer walk-ins, call ins from Sales weekly, monthly and annually.
o Make a report summarizing the customer profile for weekly, monthly and annual bookings and report.
