Senior corporate legal

- Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership on corporate governance, securities matters, and risk management

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements

- Managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.

- Develop and implement corporate legal policies and procedures

- Advise on intellectual property matters and protection strategies

- Support board meetings and corporate secretary functions

-Current Thai lawyer license and membership in good standing with the Lawyers Council of Thailand

-Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal); additional language skills are advantageous

-Strong knowledge of Thai corporate law, securities regulations, and commercial legislation

-Previous experience in a multinational corporation or leading law firm preferred
