Site Support Manager (Sriracha)

- Manage all warehouse, building, utility, maintenance, and related.
- Manage and monitor equipment calibration in conjunction with quality assurance.
- Develop related work instruction to comply standard operational procedure and SGS safety policy.
- Control inventory stock of consumable and material supply.
- Carry out all activity related to product sample delivery including warehouse, store, inventory, materials, demand planning, calibration, logistic, freight and etc.
- Check and maintain all equipment in good condition.
- Manage equipment calibration.
- Manage logistics and freight.
- Manage warehouse facility and maintenance program.
- Monitor and maintain period of samples retention.
- Perform monthly report for inventory and retain sample.
- Manage supplying the material need for field work.
- Support external and internal audit programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related.
- More than 5 years of working experience in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, plant operations or inspection services.
- Basic command of spoken and written English.
- Training Background in Safety, Chemicals Hazard, and Firefighting.
- Excellent in MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail.
- Able to enhance staff morale with supervisory skill.
- Excellent communication and leadership.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skill.
- Work at Sriracha Branch and support other branches as appropriate.
