หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Location: Asoke Campus, Rama 9 Campus, Hua Hin Campus

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information about academic programs, admission requirements, and the application process.
Conduct individual and group admissions counseling sessions, both in-person and virtually, to assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.
Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and educational agencies to promote the university and recruit prospective students.
Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, information sessions, and campus tours, to engage with prospective students and their families.
Assist with the evaluation of applications, including reviewing transcripts, test scores, and other application materials, to determine eligibility for admission.
Provide support and guidance to admitted students throughout the enrollment process, including assisting with visa applications, housing arrangements, and orientation activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Help admissions team achieve team goals and objectives.
Ensure high-level of data integrity into the customer management relationship software (CRM).

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Psychology, Education, Counseling, English, public speaking, communication or a related field.
Previous experience in admission, sales, counseling, student recruitment, or a similar role is a plus.
Fluent in both English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of students and stakeholders.
Knowledge of higher education systems and admission processes in Thailand is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
Excellent communication skills, public speaking abilities, and experience in event organization are preferred.
Ability to travel for recruitment events (if applicable)
