- High-level design specification
- Detail specification
- Operation workflow
- Software requirements specification
- Functional specification
- Database development
- User Manual
- Provide guidance and consultation to user

คุณสมบัติ :
- Bachelor's Degree in computer-Science, Technology information or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a System Analyst
- Knowledge of coding languages (C# .Net or Java) is an advantage
- Practical problem analysis, analytical thinking with ability to handle various issues with timely manner
- Good communication and influence skills, effective engagement, problem solving, and good interpersonal skills
- Possess a clear understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Having experience in implementing and knowledge of banking, finance and insurance is considered a plus
- Excellent presentation skills
