Operate on daily activities of shipping documents preparations are inbound and outbound goods (FG, Finish goods),( TG-Trading goods) and Sample. To ensure an accuracy materials movement-In & Out, transfer, storage, reservation and accurate inventory control through SAP
Shipping documents preparation, Loading & Unloading (based on Distribution plan)
1. Prepare shipping documents (delivery note, invoice, origin and preference papers, papers for shipping hazardous materials.
2. Ensure transection, movement of stock an accuracy trough SAP. (Finish goods ,Trading goods and sample)
3. Coo-ordinate with trucking company, arrangement routing plan for domestics Import & Export, customer service, planning, to ensure” the right goods to the right customer at the right time with the best cost”.
4. Ensure of the logistics service and activities to be performed to customer’s service performance expectations.
5. Responsibility to optimize payloads of truck/container and define optimized transportation routes include maintain of shipment cost calculation.
6. Coo-ordinate with 3rd party warehouse and distribution services on daily operation, to ensure the rule of “FEFO, FIFO“ is in place during goods in and out operations.
7. To ensure the chemicals, especially dangerous goods processes, procedures and training is in place; and all chemicals handle are stored, transported, packed, labelled, and disposed of in compliance with the company SHE standard and government regulations.
8. Secure correct labelling of product and comply with regulation control such as GHS, CLP and labelling regulation.
Inventory control
9. Ensure of inventory control an accuracy and effectiveness on physical count processes.
10. Maintain Inventory accuracy // ISO documentation.
11. To ensure that NC (Non conforms) materials segregation with effectiveness distribute.
12. Encourage all company policies, activities to be achieved system ISO 9001,45001, 14001,5001, ISCC+ 5S, SHE Working group and etc.
Safety & other
13. 3rd party control include SYENSQO a monitoring file
14. Other assignment.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain /Logistics in related fields.
- ADR transport of DG knowledge.
- English: Ability to understand GHS, MSDS in English.
- Understand and use of appropriate systems (ERP & MS-office, QR code scanner).
- Proficient in PC applications.
