- Continually improve the process to increase efficiency.
- Establish and review annual business plan.
- Lead and challenge team members to achieve the company’s targets.
- Monitor and control recovery from sue cases and lead team to achieve a recovery on enforcement cases.
- Coordinate and monitor progress, and evaluate the performance of outsourced agents.
- Manage and control litigation and enforcement operation
- Coaching and solve issues and give corrective measures to subordinates.
- Perform and or oversee special projects or assignments that are highly sensitive or complex in nature
- Support, provide information or new ideas in order to improve system and completed system UAT
- Support management for budget plan of write off & recovery
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Law
- At least 5 years working experience in Law field
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge in civil law, criminal law, and other laws which may concerned with hire-purchase and leasing business
- Excellent in negotiation skill
- Teamwork oriented , Strong leadership , Proactive working style
- Analytic skillRemark: The Company requires to check and collect criminal record of candidates of this position
