- Resolves challenges: Become a master problem-solver, resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service. Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Gather customer feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Drives improvements: Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Leaves a lasting impression: Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Provide clear and informative guidance on platform features, job searching, and application processes. Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Sales or Customer Service Operation.
- Familiarity with IT platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
