Corporate Finance Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to management.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual financial reports and tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Develop and manage the budgeting process, including budget preparation, review, and monitoring.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and future investments.
• Develop and implement cash management strategies, including forecasting, cash flow projections, and working capital management.

Financial Decision Support:

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial implications of projects or acquisitions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets, and data analysis software.
