- Provide after sales service to distributors, resolve technical problems and correspondence inquiries, product warranty via telephone calls, e-mail , etc. including promptly troubleshooting guidedance as well as customer claim judgement
- Supervise distributors to install, commission, troubleshooting on site.
- Conducting product training and technical communication to distributor and make a great relationship with distributors to increase customer satisfaction
- Analyze market claim data for product quality improvement.
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Electronic , Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics
- Experience or well-knowledge in Air condition system, cooling or refrigerant system
- Failure analysis and problem-solving skill is a MUST
- Experience in operating multimeter, oscilloscope, and other electrical tools & measurement
- Perform well under pressure with a professional manner and serviced-mind
- Good english communication.
- Good in MS Office ( Excel/PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
- Availability to travel overseas in Asia and Latin America
Work Location: Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok,
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday (7.50 - 17.10)
