- Male/female age 35-45 years
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Good communication in English and Chinese would be advantage
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
