- Develop, implement, and assess technical training programs tailored to meet the needs of our employees.
- Conduct training sessions on a variety of technical topics, including the operation of machinery, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the Department of Skill Development to ensure our training programs comply with national skill standards.
- Update training materials and methodologies to reflect the latest industry developments and technological advancements.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees, fostering an environment conducive to learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
- Stay informed about new training techniques and educational tools that could enhance our training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical training, preferably within an industrial or engineering context.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with the standards and requirements set by the Department of Skill Development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
