หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• Managing the recruitment administrative process and ensuring the appropriate requisition forms, statistics of people movement and new employee in formation are all order.
• Ensuring that manpower allocation is adequate and optimum at all times to support plant production.
• Conducting employee induction program to all new staff.
• Ensuring a union-free working environment in the factory Human Resource ought the adherence to labor-related laws and regulations and creating working environment.
• Managing the compensation & benefits of employees at all levels.
• Ensuring the company salary structure is competitive by participating in job
• matching and salary surveys and making recommendations to Top management.
• Ensuring the implementation of Human Resource processes and role profiling by working with line managers.
• Formulating and implementing improvement initiatives relating to payroll, annual leave tracking, time attendance etc.
• Controlling adherence to local laws by ensuring timely and accurate submission of taxation, social security and provident fund reports to the respective authority.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of monthly Human Resource reports, Safety Reports etc.
• Overseeing the general affairs and employee welfare amenities at the plant.
• Manage employee’s allowances and related cash advance.
• Manage outsource supplier to provide services to employees effectively i.e. transportation vendor, office supplies, car driver, travel agent etc.
• Perform other assignment, analysis and special projects as assigned by superior.

• Strong Communication skills. Including partnership development
• Possesses good HRM knowledge, planning & organizing, communication and foreseeing.
• Maturity, good customer services, positive attitude and resourceful.
• Strong presentation skills and result-oriented track record
• Strong leadership, Management, Coaching, Analytical, Problem-solving skill and initiatives.
• Understanding and knowledge of Thai Labor Law, ISO9001 Requirement
• Strong in employee’s relations, compromising and integrating employees into one team
• Understanding and knowledge of Thai Labor Law, ISO9001 Requirement
• Develop and support all department to achieve their career path and company goal.
• Coach and training employees to work and monitor their performance.
• Follow the company’s core value and control all subordinates to realize it and do the same direction.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
