• At least 3 years of restaurant experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef / Sous Chef / CDP in a Fine-Dining Restaurant / Michelin Stars Restaurant or 5-star hotel
• English communication skills

- Several years of experience in Fine-Dining Restaurant, Michelin Restaurant and/or 5 Stars Hotel is a must.
- Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and styles.
- Involvement in menu development and innovation.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and time management.
- Passion for food, creativity, and dedication to quality.
- Attention to detail in presentation and plating.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability.
- Assist in controlling kitchen costs, staying within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the head chef in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management.
