Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our Technical Department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment and will focus on process improvements, optimization, work studies, bottleneck identification, and implementing solutions using existing or new machinery and conveyors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on production efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

• Develop and implement strategies for process automation and workflow improvements.

• Assess the performance of existing machines and conveyors and recommend upgrades or new equipment.

• Identify opportunities for automation in a labor-intensive environment and evaluate ROI for proposed solutions.

• Propose optimizations for SKU range and production planning to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Design and document process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Evaluate data sources and quality to help build and set up a proper KPI and monitoring system.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) once established, related to process efficiency and suggest corrective actions.

• Support new product and process trials to ensure seamless integration into existing production lines.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all process modifications.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role (preferably in food or confectionery industries).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience with production machinery, conveyor systems, and automation solutions.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, process mapping, and work study methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

All our products are manufactured in Thailand using Belgian chocolate and Belgian chocolate-making techniques fused with Thai grown ingredients, such as coffee beans, macadamias, and numerous tropical fruits.

Gallothai Co., Ltd. is currently a leading Belgian chocolate manufacturer in Thailand. Our company has grown from a small idea to a 7-digit monthly Baht revenue business, offering our special products to a wide range of customers.

We are currently implementing, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and a new computer network system for covering and linking our offices, production plant, stocks and internet services, to achieve excellence in production and customer service.

We are producing a variety of chocolate products such as Chocolate Pralines, Truffles, Chocolate with Nuts like Macadamia, Almonds, and many other nuts for our customers’ selection.

During special festive seasons, we also have various designs of packaging to fulfill our customers’ demand and satisfaction. The most famous festivals are Valentine’s day, Christmas & New Year, Easter and Halloween Festival are also events which we celebrate to satisfy niche markets, especially for expatriates living in Thailand.

We also make customized chocolates at our customers request for souvenir and gift or for special events such as Wedding Ceremony.
