Environmental Health and Safety Manager
บริษัท ไทย การ์เมนต์ เอ๊กซปอร์ต จำกัด (นนทบุรี)- Understand and keep up to date on external local occupational health and safety regulations, customer guidelines and Group EHS policies, SOPs, KPIs and best practices.
- Consistent with external and Group regulations, establish and periodically recommend improvements to the Factory‟s EHS policies, SOPs, practices.
- Recommend and when approved, implement a reporting system for Factory EHS standards against internal targets and external regulations, EHS incidents and corrective actions and employee complaints.
- Recommend and get approval for the metrics, measurement and tracking processes to assess contribution/impact of the EHS function on Factory performance.
- Contribute to the periodic update of Group EHS policies, SOPs and best practices data bases.
- Recommend and when approved, lead implementation of initiatives (training, promotional campaigns, competitions, etc) to generate at all employee levels the awareness and understanding of the importance, value and payback of EHS practices and the willingness to execute agreed EHS initiatives.
- Routinely measure and report on Factory EHS status against agreed metrics and within agreed reporting system.
- Coordinate periodic requests from external parties to complete various EHS audits or tests, lead the review of findings and lead and/or support required follow up actions.
- Periodically conduct internal audits to assess and make recommendations on compliance with Factory and Group EHS guidelines.
- Lead and/or support actions of the EHS Committee in line with the Committee's agreed mandate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar EHS or Safety Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Proven experience with local occupational health and safety regulations, as well as familiarity with customer guidelines and Group EHS policies and practices.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, policies, and SOPs.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing EHS metrics, measurement systems, and tracking processes to evaluate impact on factory performance.
