Packing Manager

- Oversee and manage all activities within the packing department to ensure timely and accurate packing of products.
- Implement and maintain efficient packing processes that meet company standards and client requirements.
- Lead and manage the packing team, ensuring proper training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor staffing levels and coordinate shift schedules to optimize productivity.
- Ensure all packed products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Reduce waste and ensure the efficient use of packing materials.
- Analyze packing workflows and suggest improvements for enhanced productivity and cost savings.
- Ensure packing processes comply with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security measures to secure the packing process, including safeguarding products against tampering and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for team members on C-TPAT requirements.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain compliance throughout the shipping process.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in packing or production management, preferably in garment specify industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining C-TPAT standards (preferred).
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
