- Greet and assist customers by providing information about the mall, stores, and services
- Inform customers about promotions, events, and special campaigns.
- Answer inquiries and guide customers to specific locations within the mall.
- Ensure the reception or information desk is clean and well-organized.
- Prepare and distribute brochures or promotional materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Has a service mind
- English skill
- Work in shifts
