หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling of staff internal and external training, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

• Manage section inventory by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items.

• Dealing with vendors or related staff to ensure the salon is well-stocked and coordinate for training session.

• Addressing and reporting complaints, and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

• Prepare necessary report and submit to CEO.

• Maintaining training schedule and records and comply with the Skill development department guidelines on training, coaching, documenting and updates.

• Recording and monitoring staff performance and report to Shop Manager.

• Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.

• Maintaining standard operation procedure.

• Oversee client service standards and report to management to maintain client satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with the Management and Shop Manager.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Thai Nationality, Female age between 30-45 years old.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Smart personality with ability to coach, train and motivate the staff for beauty industry.

• Be able to motivate staff to achieve salon goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
