สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้
1.จัดหาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เวชภัณฑ์ทางทันตกรรม ให้เพียงพอพร้อมใช้งาน
2.ประสานงานตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อหา วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เวชภัณฑ์ทางทันตกรรม
3.ให้บริการงานซ่อม บำรุงรักษา สอบเทียบเครื่องมือทางทันตกรร และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายใน และภายนอกโรงพยาบาล วางแผนบริหารจัดการให้เหมาะสม ให้การบริการแก่คนไข้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่อน รับแจ้งงานซ่อม ดำเนินการซ่อม และบันทึกการซ่อมในประวัติเครื่องมือแพทย์ทุกครั้ง
4.ควบคุม Stock และจัดเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ให้เพียงพอและพร้อมใช้งาน
5.ดูแลรักษาและควบคุมการใช้วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ทางทันตกรรมให้ถูกต้อง
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาทันตแพทยศาสตร์ ทันตสาธารณสุข วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ บริหารจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการจัดการคลังเครื่องมือและเวชภัณฑ์ทางทันตกรรม หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า และการจัดซื้อเครื่องมือแพทย์หรือเวชภัณฑ์
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของอุปกรณ์และเวชภัณฑ์ทางทันตกรรม
- มีทักษะการบริหารทีมงาน การวางแผน และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
