1. Responsible for recruiting IT personnel to meet the job position requirements.
2. Plan recruitment strategies through various communication channels.
3. Review candidate qualifications, administer tests, and conduct interviews for preliminary screening based on specified criteria.
4. Contact candidates for initial interviews and schedule appointments for further interviews.
5. Prepare documents and reports for all stages related to recruitment and hiring, from the beginning to the completion of the process.
6. Support all tasks of the Human Resources department.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
