Job Description for Thermal Process Technical
1. Oversee the Heat Penetration service for customers and issue a certificate to certify the correct food sterilization standard.
2. Be a consultant or advisor in Canning Technology, including providing solutions to customers.
3. Visit the customer's factory to see if the customer's Canning Process is correct.
4. According to the hygiene standards of food preparation. If it is incorrect or the customer requests it, advice must be provided to fix it.
5. Responsible for testing products in the Pilot Cannery, which may be used as information to find answers or find causes in order to provide correct advice in case the customer's product has a problem. Will collect samples for investigation or join the investigation of the cause, as well as provide advice to fix it.
6. Report other information related to the customer, in addition to Canning Technology, which is a direct responsibility, such as water used. Process control steps, service, use of products other than the company's, sales department and future operations of the customer, etc.
7. Responsible for training customers and interested persons on the use of the sterilizer.
8. Assist with tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree of food science or relate field.
2. 3 years or more in Thermal process.
3. Must have good interpersonal skills, wit, and high sense of responsibility
4. Own transportation
5. Special consideration if registered as a Process Authority with Thai FDA.
