- Plan and develop project plans for R&D in the design and development of new motorcycles.
- Set project goals and timelines that align with market demands and the defined technology.
- Coordinate with the development team, engineers, designers, and the production team to ensure the project progresses according to the established plan.
- Monitor and control the progress of the project in terms of budget and schedule.
- Analyze issues that arise during the development process and propose solutions to address them.
- Prepare progress reports and present them to management and stakeholders.
- Manage the use of resources in the project to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze potential risks in the project and recommend mitigation strategies.
Age: Approximately 22 to 25 years old
Education: Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Letters, Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Experience: Not specific
Language Ability: JLPT Level 3 or above, TOEIC 500 points or higher
Skills: Strong communication skills
Preference: Interest in motorcycles and power products
