• Sales action particularly seeking for new customers to achieve sales target.
• Coordinate invoicing and bill payment as necessary to get full payment from customers and ensure good collection performance.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction i.e. delivery date, product & service quality under company’s current resources.
• Strictly implement sales approach, offer and pricing policy as set by B2B Sales Manager and Sales Director.
• Plan sales forecast and monitoring by monthly.
• Develop and grows up the sales with potential customers/prospects/projects effectively.
• Leading sales action with technical sales approach to customers.
• Prepare benefits proposal to customer after visit the plant and propose to trial the product if required.
• Design trial procedure and monitor the result with customers closely.
• Address customers’ problems on-site or seek technical support for efficient and effective problem solving.
• Sharing market information and competitor movement and feedback to Marketing and B2B Sales team.
• Provide good level of service and coordination to customers.
• Prepare appropriate customer visit reports, near miss reports, and success stories.
• Manage own sales plan to achieve sales target both in volume (Kg) and gross margin variable cost (Baht).
• Coordinate with sales administration team and logistic to flow the selling process smoothly.
• Monitoring strictly in sales condition and payment due date.
• Cooperate with technical team from Singapore and France to solve customer problems and provide product reference from others countries to approach the clients.
• Degree in Engineering or related field. (Prefer Electrical or Mechanical or Petrochemical Engineering)
• At least 3 years of sales experiences in industry field.
• Knowledge in lubricant products (technical and/or commercial).
• Analytical problems solving skills
• Service mind and enthusiastic personality.
• Good command in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
• Good computer skills especially for Microsoft office.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Knowledge or general background in HSE rules / practices, basic first aid, fire fighting, defensive driving is preferable
