Sales Admin (Southern) , เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการฝ่ายขาย (ภาคใต้)

• Manage quotation documents, purchase orders, and product deliveries on time.
• Check product inventory, process product and spare parts requisitions.
• Notify on product delivery and receipt, issue product requisition documents.
• Inspect products before delivery and coordinate customer delivery.
• Prepare and verify various sales documents and handle warranty matters.
• Prepare and review sales performance reports and sales-related data for presentation to supervisors and management.
• Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor's degree in  Business Administration  or related fields.
• Good command of spoken and written English. 
• Experience background of Sales Admin.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) SAP and e-mail
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
