- Selling related Egg equipment in assigned area
- Developing and maintaining the relationship with new and existing account
- Responsible for sales results in assigned area
- Proposing expenditure budget for assigned area
- Proposing sales budget for assigned area
- Maintaining accurate records of pricing, sales and competitor pricing
- Initiating and coordinating action plans to realize new sales to integrators
- Keeping tracking for the personal sales activities and results
- Preparing action plan to improve the overall sales performance
- Responsible for debt collection in assigned areas, failing debt collection can affect incentive pay out
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Science, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 year experiences in Sales of Livestock Equipment
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Have a good negotiation skills and able to handle different type of customers
- Able to comprehend the market situation and offer good sales strategy to the company
- Experience in Livestock Husbandry will be highly consider
- Able to travel
