Senior Customer Success Associate

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each customer, ensuring they are fully equipped to get the most out of our offerings from day one.
- Utilize customer data to design and implement targeted interventions aimed at improving organizational health and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and objectives, using insights to drive strategic interventions that enhance their experience and success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address customer challenges, escalating issues as necessary to ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success initiatives with broader company goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on customer success, training, or support.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to designing and delivering customer interventions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai; additional language skills are a plus.
