Security Registration Manager
บริษัท ธนาคารยูโอบี จำกัด (มหาชน) (UOB)- To manage and supervise the team and to ensure timely and good customer service to Housing Loan ,Staff Loan , Restructure Customers and Business Banking ,Commercial ,Corporate Banking Customer credit groups by performing document checking and ensuring that the following guidelines are complied with legal guidelines for taking & checking security, KRCSA, AML CSA, other internal policies & guidelines
- To manage and supervise the Team to ensure all daily credit compliance, collateral / security documentation, Loan Transactions checks for Housing Loan, Staff Loan, Restructure, Business collateral Act (BCA), Leasing & Hire Purchase and ensure all proposed credit approval and activities are complied with Bank’s Credit Policy and CDL Guideline
- To process all daily legal, security documentation and all Legal registration of Mortgage, Redemption, and Other Registration checks for all loan applications in accordance to process flow, user procedures, security and credit guidelines
- To design and review work processes and procedures for Housing Loan, Staff Loan, Restructure are efficiency and implement internal controls to minimize/eliminate operational risks
- To process, check, verify and review the completeness and accuracy of data inputs for Mortgage Agreement
- To participate in project endeavors undertaken by the Loan Document Preparation Centre to handle the administrative requirements for the Team, including budgets
- Manage and monitor staff or outsource staff performing Registration at Land Official Department
- Perform Registration at the Official Department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial, Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in law or legal agreement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, credit administration, credit operation or credit control field from financial firm
- Good knowledge of Banking product (especially Loan product), process workflows and operations procedures, including all relevant operations systems
- Knowledge of Mortgage agreement, collateral agreement, Legal Business in Banking
- Strong leadership quality and able to lead a team and knowledge, experience, leadership ability and management skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to handle or contribute to Loan Document Preparation Centre (LDPC) Projects effectively
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong Analytical, problem solving skill, project management skills & operational risks control skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English
