Responsibilities:
- Oversee the migration of clients from the existing BIBPlus platform to the new Internet Banking (Infinity) system.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure a smooth transition, including data migration, system setup, and client training.
- Manage the implementation and onboarding of the new Infinity platform for the migrated clients.
- Collaborate with internal IT and support teams to ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy during migration.
- Provide post-migration support to address any technical issues or client concerns.
- Ensure that all migration and implementation activities adhere to internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of the migration process and any client-specific configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields
- 1+ years of experience in banking software implementation and migration projects
- Strong understanding of Internet Banking systems and processes
- Experience with data migration techniques and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
