- Supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities on the production floor, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs/WIs.
- Monitor equipment of process parameters to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to align production activities with overall manufacturing goals.
- Review and approve batch records to ensure accurate documentation of all manufacturing steps.
- Verify that all procedures have been followed and that the product meets quality specifications.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures during the manufacturing process.
- Conduct in-process check and sampling to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that manufacturing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
- Supervise packaging activities, ensuring that products are packed according to specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of packaging materials, labels, and batch codes.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing and packaging processes with implement the best practices.
- Train and mentor production and packaging staff, ensuring they are well-versed in SOPs/WIs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the department.
- Ensure that all manufacturing and packaging activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, quality assurance, and supply chain, to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during manufacturing and packaging activities. With report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with the formulation team to develop efficient and scalable manufacturing processes for dry forms, such as tablets or capsules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or relate field and Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issue related to the manufacturing process, including equipment-related challenges.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and the ability to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Thai and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledgeable about process optimization techniques and the ability to implement efficiency improvements.
- Strong understanding of batch record review and approval processes.
- Knowledge in operating and overseeing pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment for dry forms.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing production-related issue promptly.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay informed about advancements in pharmaceutical production and technology.
