Quality Control

• Perform testing of Finished product or Raw material.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, finished products, or stability samples.
• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
• Responsible for undertaking operations necessary for quality testing within quality control and perform laboratory procedures and assays.
• Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting equipment problems (HPLC, IR, UV).
• Responsible for the compilation of laboratory test data to perform appropriate analyses.
• Observing and complying with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), SOPs, Policies and Regulations.

in additional of the new supportive system in M&E Laboratory, M&E have to provide the master data and also verify/validate their master data to support LIMS ( Laboratory information management system ) project as the schedule plan of the project.

one of micro analyst has to be assigned to take care this project as a master data controller.

thus, the new micro analyst will be replaced in this position to fulfill the M&E team and support the existing activity as the current schedule plan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science , Major : Chemical, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry.
• 0-3 years’ Work experience in a QC laboratory with a good understanding of analytical testing and equipment operation. New graduates are welcome.
• Experience of working in Laboratory environment.
• Highly proficient in the use of key analytical equipment (HPLC, IR, UV) and the testing of finished products.
• Ability to achieve and maintain high standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Knowledge and understanding of analytical methodologies and instrumentation.
• Possession of good communication, trouble-shooting and function skills.
• Proactive attitude towards work and learning new techniques.
• Ability to work in a team, Good time management skills.
