- บริหารข้อมูลเชิงสถิติวิเคราะห์ ยอดขาย ค่าใช้จ่าย ของหน่วยงาน Commercial - Product & Service ให้เป็นข้อมูลในการตัดสินใจของผู้ดูแลรับผิดชอบในกลุ่มสินค้าต่างๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว
- วิเคราะห์ ยอดขาย ค่าใช้จ่าย กำไร ของโครงการที่ Commercial ดำเนินการ ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องอาทิ Merchandise, Purchase, Operation, BUD และ Accounting พร้อมชี้จุดที่ควร Focus ให้หน่วยงาน Commercial - Product & Service เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการตัดสินใจของผู้ดูแลรับผิดชอบ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกและภายในองค์กร รวบรวม ตรวจสอบ ปรับปรุงและติดตามข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับ Project เพื่อช่วยให้ Project Manager ดำเนินโครงการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
