About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our sales and marketing efforts across integrated shopping and video platforms. You will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing ROI through effective platform management, content strategy, and data-driven optimization. If you're passionate about the intersection of e-commerce and social media, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management & Operations:

· Oversee daily operations on integrated shopping and video platforms, including product listings, pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns.

· Ensure accurate and timely execution of all platform activities.

· Maintain a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.

· Content & Influencer Management:

· Develop and manage engaging content and media strategies, both on and off-platform, to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

· Collaborate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and media agencies to execute effective marketing campaigns.

2. Advertising Analysis & Optimization:

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for advertising and media campaigns.

· Utilize sales data and analytics to optimize promotional strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI) and profitability.

· Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with marketing, logistics, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and continuous platform development.

· Coordinate efforts to align marketing messages across all channels.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of integrated shopping and video platforms. Experience with platforms like Tiktok is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

· Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate initiative, and work independently with a strong work ethic.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Energetic, and proactive.

Indicator Packaging) เป็นต้น

Our main products are different types of plastic straws, food packaging bag including a built-in zipper and zipper slider, multi-purpose bags in various industries, freezer bags, shopping bags, handle bags, garbage bags, and zipper lines for packaging.

All goods can be produced either monolayer film or multi-layer film. As aforementioned products can be made by bioplastics, compostable plastics as well as products with modern technology for raw materials, such as packaging to extend the shelf life of vegetables and fruits (Modify Atmosphere Packaging), Anti-microbial packaging, TEMP. Indicator Packaging, etc.

We offer customization for all product sizes and all styles based on customer requests. In addition, our services include consulting services on design, development, design and product quality as well as problem-solving.
