- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Assist in the preparation of compensation reports and data analysis for decision-making.
- Monitor compensation trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of incentive programs, bonus, and salary adjustments.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and updates in alignment with legal and organizational changes.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and best HR practices.
- Manage documentation and communication of HR policies to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Education Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Human Resources.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources management, specifically in Compensation & Benefits.
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficient in English language.

The Mitr Phol Sugar Group has been distinguished as one of the largest manufacturer and the most progressive producers and exporters of sugar in Thailand for over 60 years. At present, we export our sugar especially in the region of Asia, EU and Middle East. With particularly strength in R&D and availability of raw materials, therefore we currently expand in related fast growing Ethanol, Biomass Power and Particle Board business. The group has been successfully operating five sugar mills in China (Funan, Chongzou, Tuolu, Ningming, and Haitang) for more than 13 years and newly start up the paper mill with a capacity of 60,000 tons per year in Chongzou. In 2006, our group received a concession on more lands for sugarcane cultivation and sugar mill construction from The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Cambodia.
Due to our continuous growth and successful competition in global arena, we are now looking for potential candidates to join and strengthen our existing team in the following position:
