Job Purpose
Responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data.
Able to understand both external and internal company data to analyze, propose alternatives, and drive towards achieving goals. Capable of communicating marketing strategies according to company policies, including products, to be used in planning and creating marketing communications.
Detail of Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand, support, and follow the department's action plan to achieve the set goals.
- Collect data from marketing activities and create reports efficiently.
- Analyze marketing data to align with the work plan.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote AGC Flat Glass products and services.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer demand trends and competitive conditions.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Procurement: Handle purchasing, sourcing, and contracting in accordance with regulations and laws to ensure the efficiency of marketing activities.
- Manage documentation according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate and provide information about products to external customers effectively.
- Manage the sample glass system efficiently and prepare summary reports.
- Perform other special tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Present content with appropriate communication through social media channels to support the department's work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields
- 2 - 5 years of experience
- Good in English Communication (TOEIC SCORE 600 up)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good judgment, responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as be an excellent team player.
- Ability to use marketing communication tools on digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to use tools for data analysis and presentation.
- Ability to create engaging content.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and content management systems (CMS). and content management systems (CMS).
