Responsibilities
- The report is created from sales and marketing data, both external and internal, in order to analyze marketing information.
- Collect marketing data, both in terms of products and customers, from databases and relevant departments to gather knowledge that supports the involved units.
- Monitor, research, and gather information related to the company's business.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather and summarize information for preparing reports related to sales and marketing.
- Collect and record data from customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provide services related to information and data concerning sales and marketing.
- Perform duties according to the department's operational plan.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 years of experience in Database creation and analysis of sales and marketing data.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing data.
- Strong calculation skills.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Proficient in using Excel, Tableau, and advanced BI Tools.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Skilled in researching information from various sources.
- ** TOEIC score not less than 550
