- Manage and take care the POM compound production control follows standard condition to keep stable operation and maintain product quality with meet delivery schedule and minimize loss or NC product generate.
- Coordinate with concern to manage and plan for transfer grade & trial of POM compounding product to success & complete until ready for commercial production.
- Support and coordinate with Compounder and the concerned department to investigate and solve the compounding process problem.
- Study and coordinate for expanded and available machine capacity, and compile forecasts and orders.
- Work follows the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health, Safety Management System, GMP (TPAC), ISCC Plus (TPAC), and other concern systems strictly.
- Other assignments are as required by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in Polymer science, Chemistry or related fields.
- Master's degree is preferable.
- 0 - 5 years of experiences in R&D or QC Department.
- Good command of English both in writing & speaking.
