- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to ensure that business planning and strategies are aligned with company-wide goals.
- Coordinate with a project team to well-understand its proposed investment project, feasibility study and techniques, and fulfill all requirements for the Company and shareholders' project approval.
- Study New business and business model to create investment options , analysis and propose investment plan such as co-operate partner for due diligence, evaluation valuation of partners.
- Prepare presentations to support Management team and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Business Management, Strategic management, Economics, or related fields
- GPAX is over than 2.70 for Bachelor and 3.30 for Master's Degree
- Good in English communication (TOEIC Score >= 550)
- 0-2 years relevant experience in business development
- Can-do attitude, positive thinking, self-motivated, eager to learn, collaborative and strong leadership characteristics with strategic thinking skills

- April 7, 2006 established Siam Kubota Leasing Co.,Ltd. to business in hire-purchase for Thai farmers.
- September 21, 2007 established Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to manufacture domestic Tractor.
- August 2, 2010 amalgamated between The Siam Kubota Industry Co.,Ltd. and Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to "SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co.,Ltd.
The company now has a staff of more than 3,000 employees with all production capacity more than 200,000 units/year in order to meet rapidly increasing market demand in Asia.
