สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้
1. Train new staffs of all level and operators included new train: cores train, retrain, and recertify.
2. Certifies operators by theory and skills test prior transfer to on production line.
3. Issues the certification badge and keep the certification records in database.
4. Creates and prepares the training aids, mat'l demonstration, training equipment, theory training and test sheet.
5. Updates al time on process change which concerned operation.
6. Bring some problem which creates in production line to engineer reserve
7. Reviews specification, reject criteria and process change all operation among trainers to be undated all the time.
8. Support the organization Goal in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.
9. Perform related as assigned
1. Education: High school, Diploma
2. Sex: Male/Female
3. Age: Age 22 years up
4. Experience: 3 year up experience in electronic manufacturing
- Fair knowledge of English
- Able to work shift basic
- 12 – 15 days of Annual Leave
