Service Engineer & Postpress Application
บริษัท ไฮเดลเบิร์ก กราฟฟิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัดThe Service Engineer and Technical Expert is primarily responsible for providing customer support for HEIDELBERG offset printing systems, as well as post-press machinery used in both commercial printing and packaging applications. This role involves installation, maintenance, user training, consultations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance and that customer needs are fully met.
- Install, repair, and maintain HEIDELBERG offset printing systems and select post-press packaging machinery, while providing training and guidance on proper usage to customers.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment performance issues, repair or replace parts as needed, and generate detailed reports outlining problems, solutions, and customer recommendations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on offset printing machinery, offering expert advice and proposing solutions tailored to customer needs, as well as testing machines to ensure optimal production results.
- Collaborate with the team to identify sales opportunities, monitor market trends, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**This position offers opportunities for temporary assignments or training abroad.**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in servicing, installing offset printing machines or post-press machinery for commercial printing and packaging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in English.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with the ability to work well in a team and a strong customer service mindset.
- A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
