- Conduct a study and development in quality assurance process, calibration and verification of measuring instruments
- Analyze technical data to support related teams i.e., sale, marketing, production, others
- Support in-house production, outsource products, and quality improvement to ensure product quality
- Support and analyze root cause of customer claim and complaint
- Conduct technical training of quality assurance
- Other work as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- 2-3 year working experience in quality control or quality assurance
- Experience in glass industry or ceramics would be advantage
- Good command in English skills including speaking, writing, and listening (TOEIC score would be advantage)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Minitab, SAP, QuickView will be an advantage
- Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
