Human Resources Manager
ISUZU Technical Center of Asia Co., Ltd.- Managing overall HR functions namely manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, succession and disciplinary issues
- Developing and implementing HR policies, strategies, systems and processes
- Reporting all HR related items to top management
- Remuneration scheme control
- Working cross-functionally in company's activities
- Coaching and supervising HR team members
- Coordinate with ISUZU affiliated companies
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology or any HR related fields
- Age 40-45 is preferable.
- Having experience in HR at least 15 years.
- Must be able to communicate in Japanese and English languages.
- Knowledgeable about Thai labor laws, tax, salary structure, ESG, D&I and variables in HR
