Responsibilities

ปฏิบัติงานที่ โรงแรม Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, Bangkok

รับผิดชอบงานภายในแผนกการเงินของโรงแรม

1. จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อวางบิล - รับเช็ค

2. ตรวจเช็ครายการเงินรับชำระประจำวันให้ตรงตามรายงาน

3. จัดทำใบนำฝากธนาคารเพื่อนำเงินสดและเช็คเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของบริษัท

4. ตรวจเช็คเงินเข้า - ออก Statement

5. ติดตามลูกหนี้ที่ครบกำหนดชำระเงิน และลูกหนี้ที่เกินกำหนดชำระเงิน

6. จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการคืนเงินลูกค้า

7. เก็บเอกสารสำคัญต่างๆ ทางการเงิน

8. รายงานปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทำงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ

Requirements

- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ด้านการเงิน บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการทางด้านการเงิน บัญชีลูกหนี้ AR หรือ Account Receivable หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโรงแรมหรือธุรกิจบริการจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการเงิน บัญชี รายงานการเงิน

- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ และพร้อมเรียนรู้ระบบบัญชีที่ใช้ภายในหน่วยงาน

- มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต

- ละเอียดรอบคอบ

- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

- สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกได้
